The world isn't evil or brutal. It's just apathetic. Its a grey place where no specific thing is given or forced. Once the idea that thing happen, purely because they happen. Life becomes a lot easier to understand and not as antagonizing. Helping other is not a fix to help yourself, sometimes it creates the opposite effect.

Not really. It comes down to the fact of known what you can and cannot control. I can bemoan that the universe is apathetic and allows cruelty but no matter how much I wish it to be not be, it will still be. That the way the universe works for the most part. It would be nice if the world worked purely on community but sometimes people have issues that are within themselves than can never be truly solved and are doomed to go in cycles, them helping other won't fix their issues.
