If you mean me. Earl. Basically. I just animated a puddle growing limbs and sticking to the viewer screen. I exported it and condensed it as a gif. It isn't anything, just me messing about for fun. @ Motion Yeah. Did you ever try to increase the empty frames to fix it's timing issue it has. It good. It just seems like you could fix that pretty quickly.

Adobe flash. Right. Empty key frames. Your eye blink is...what..5-7 key frames maybe. To make that eye blink less, all you need to do is just extend the number of empty key frames after his eye is open fully. You know, frame with no animation in them after the eye is left open. That way when it loops. When it's in gif form it loops. All you need to do is shove extra empty frames at the end to fix it.
