  1. It's not a good idea to take Game Theory too seriously usually... they make some interesting stuff sure, but for the most part MattPat's kind of a silly madman. So, no way lol
  2. I hate Master Core. Trying to beat it at then end of a 9.0 run in Classic is a nightmare, no matter how I try to cheese it. Only got beat once and managed to win at 8.5 with Ness though, somehow. The rest of the game I love, but I'm not really a fan of how Classic mode in Smash 4 has Kid Icarus' frustrating(imo) lolulostoncenotgoodenough difficulty system now. I mean, at least you get to keep most of what you earned if you quit, but still, it's very punishing. :okiedokielokie: Anyway, Bowser is probably my favorite veteran in the game. I've heard all the hype and it truly is ridiculous how much better he feels to play in Smash 4 compared to Melee and Brawl(much better normals, actual good dash, less overall attack lag, slightly improved recovery)... definitely gonna try and main him too. Top 5 overall fav characters so far: 1. Robin 2. Greninja 3. Bowser 4. Rosalina & Luma 5. Shulk(he's growing on me a bit more) Villager is also very solid to me. Feels creepy to use though... lol
  3. Yeah the show and their other stuff is still gonna air on the new channel The rebranding just means they'll have other shit on primetime, not much else seems to be changing atm
  4. Not much different than the current schedule really The only new stuff is all the Discovery junk replacing the retro shows at primetime Seems MLP is unaffected, which is good. Nothing else about this really is though.
  5. Smash Bros. 3DS is definitely the best handheld fighting game like, ever.

    1. Blue The Pikachu

      Blue The Pikachu

*Nods head in approval.* Very much agreed.

  6. Smash Run is pretty fun, the environment and the enemies are all really cool. That said, if you want to win it at least once with all the characters, chances are you're gonna have to try multiple times- I recently played it as Little Mac and the final challenge was Jump Climb- guess how that turned out lol, don't think all the jump upgrades in the world could've got me 1st...
  7. Yeah, I'm pretty sure Robin and Greninja are gonna be my mains. Definitely my favorite new characters. Also really like Rosalina and Captain Falcon. Not really feeling Shulk as much as I want to though. Despite his whole stance-switching thing he feels a bit simplistic and slow to me... can't help but feel they could've incorperated him a bit better, he's still a solid character but there's so much more they could've pulled from Xenoblade for him honestly. Oh well. yep, just 3. A lot to do for the last page though.
  8. Unlocking all the characters is fairly easy as long as you follow the challenges. Playing every mode and as all the characters seems to help as well. I mostly played Smash mode along with everything else at least a couple times and they just seemed to show up after Smash matches in semi-regular intervals. As for the stages, Challenges specicfically pertain to unlocking them. I believe I had all the stages just before getting all the characters actually. Yeah, the circle pad is a little weird. Even after playing lots of other 3DS games with it I'm still kind of finding it hard to get used to for Smash, lol
  9. Depends. I mean, it's totally okay to watch MLPFiM and not call yourself a brony if you don't think you'll be a hardcore about it(ie: just casually watching sometimes or perhaps being a parent who just enjoys it with their kids), so it all comes down to whether you want to put that label on yourself or not. That said, if you're the least bit nerdy about teh poniez, it's probably a safe bet to consider yourself a brony at that point.
  10. Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS. SM4SH Also still really enjoying Tomodachi Life, taking a long time for my Miis to have kids though, despite that I've married a lot of couples(including myself and a Rarity Mii I made, hehe)... come on already.
  11. Alright, so, I've had time today to play Smash 3DS for about 2 hours now today, initial impressions: -Playing on 3DS is... odd. Not as bad as you'd think, but weird- dash-dancing is very difficult to do and probably not worth it, for example. Especially after playing Melee and Brawl with a Gamecube controller for years. I'm getting the hang of it though. -The game looks better in 2D than it does in 3D. Still, I haven't seen a 3DS game run that well in 3D since A Link Between Worlds, but the visual quality is noticably better if ya just leave it off. -The game feels much more like Brawl than Melee. It's certainly a lot snappier though, it has its own feel overall but it's certainly closer to Brawl. -The new characters all feel great. Can't pick a favorite! And the veterans all feel better from the one's I've played, the playing field will certainly be more even this time around. So, yeah, it's definitely a great Smash Bros. game. I think it'll take some getting used to for everyone to enjoy though.
  12. Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, and Twilight Sparkle probably have the most fans. Rarity & Applejack fans are probably less in number but usually very vocal, and are most likely still much higher in people's favorite lists than background characters, whose fans tend to vary. And then there's Luna... she's gonna either be in higher regard for most people or not really on their list. I don't really mean to generalize, but this is all just what I typically observe.
  13. Cresselia- I just don't like her :3 Alomomola- y u no evolve from Luvdisc :/ Scollipede- centipedes are scary. Giant centipedes are even scarier The 'Pan/Simi' monkeys- just why Tepig line- the first form is supercute sure, until it turns into fat retreads of the Fire/Fighting starter for the 3RD TIME IN A ROW Plusle/Minun- what's worse than 1 Pikachu? 2 clones in a row! Yay?!
  14. Yeah, I get it. I've certainly thought about it, and I do think it was at least a dumb decision to not release the Wii U version first. Definitely would've helped a great many matters more, but nothin' we can do about it.
  15. I still adore Maud! I just can't think of much to say about her usually. She's sort of a one-trick pony I guess, what you see is what you get and you're gonna either love her or hate her upon first impression. Kinda like... rocks. Haha! Of course she's in it lol Haven't seen it yet though, can't wait to see how she, uh, rocks things up. https://derpicdn.net/img/view/2014/9/30/732784__safe_solo_looking+at+you_pun_maud+pie_guitar_quote_artist-colon-rixnane_upright.png
  16. Yeah, the cut characters are certainly disappointing, but at least they made as many new playable fighters as possible to make up for it. There will most likely be DLC as well(stage DLC at least is basically confirmed), so hopefully some of which will be for those cut characters, whether it being for missing veterans(such as after working out the kinks the Ice Climbers seem to have on 3DS so they can be released for both versions) or perhaps highly requested new fighters like Ridley. All wishfull thinking at this point though. :/
  17. Smash 3DS comes out tomorrow in North America! Soon, the whole world will finally have Smash 4 in their hands... http://www.pitt.edu/~arj39/TeamWebPage/Super_Smash_Bros__Brawl_world_by_BrawlMSTR.gif Oh the Wii U version will surely have some different modes. Event Matches, Special Smash, and tournament mode are missing from 3DS after all.I don't think releasing 2 versions for different systems is a mistake though. It makes sure Nintendo's biggest game is available to all current Nintendo players, was never really surprised they're doing it this way. No one misses out all that much then.
  18. Yep, I think if they just made the owl statues function better the game would be a lot more accessible, especially since the remake would most likely be for 3DS. Plus more people need to play in general.
  19. Crono x Marle Mario x Peach Link x Zelda(Skyward Sword versions) Captain Falcon x Samus
  20. Ocarina of Time is the better game. It's longer, has a more varied inventory, and is the most pivotal point in the entire Zelda timeline. I do love Majora's Mask as well, but I find it rather overrated... I mean, I definitely get it, it's a very layered and dense game, but the main story is too short and the save system is too wacked(why do owl statues have to be suspend points that delete themselves after continuing, they should at least last as a semi-permanent save until you reset time again) for me to have the same sort of nostalgia. Like I said I adore it, and have pretty much 100%ed the game, but I find going back to it rather infuriating. Really needs a remake with a better save system.
  21. Yeah I'm pretty sure that they are too. Apple Bloom is sugar, Scootaloo is spice, and Sweetie Belle is everything nice!
  22. Hay may be for horses, but hey is for hello. ;)

  23. Probably not that easy... the only merch I wear is a Rarity cutie mark shirt, you'd probably have to either catch me glancing at pony stuff in stores quickly as I walk by it(almost never really stop and browse lol) or come into my room and see my MLP calender and Rarity poster to really have any idea I'm a brony irl. Not like I try to hide it really, I just tend to highly vary my interests.
  24. Caillou? My nephews watch that... I don't think he's that bad. Never really notice what goes on in those preschool shows lol
  25. 2 DAYS. Hold onto your Smash Balls! http://www.mariowiki.com/images/thumb/7/71/SSBB_-_Smash_Ball_Group_Screenshot.png/240px-SSBB_-_Smash_Ball_Group_Screenshot.png
