    I'm watching Pound Puppies for the first time and the intro is vaguely reminiscent of Hogan's Heroes.

      The intro song sounds like it may have been inspired by Hogan's Heroes, the two guys running the place could be thought of as a version of Klink and Schultz, and they have an underground base with sophisticated equipment giving them free access to the outside world whenever they want to leave. Watch both intros and see if you see if you make the connections.
