    Form doesn't have to be sacrificed for function. I love all weapons, but some firearms impress me for their elegance as well as the precision engineering going on "under the hood." One such example for me is the Schofield: Revolvers are my favorite type of firearm, particularly single-actions. I especially like those that break rather than using a loading gate, and this is the most comfortable I've ever held.

    Yep! It's an MLP calendar, like a couple of other people here have as well. It's pretty nice. Found it at a stand selling calendars in the mall.

    His magical ability is illusion through the manipulation of light, so a cutie mark pertaining to light sounded like a good idea. While we've seen Equestrian society uses electricity for a variety of purposes including electric lighting, candles, lanterns, and oil lamps are still commonly used. Given their technological standard, I decided one of those would be for the best. Rather than a simple candlestick, somehow I settled upon a candelabra. At least I've never seen anyone else do that before. Makes me feel original

    He's a unicorn with magical talents in the realm of illusion, specifically by the manipulation of light. I'd go into more detail on that but it's kind of beyond the scope of this thread. He and tends to blend in with a crowd ("background pony") and has a subdued personality, much like myself. He also has a somewhat dark coat. "Silhouette" seemed like an appropriate name for a pony with his coloration, abilities, and temperament.
