  1. I don't think it's a bad "habit" for me. Not everything will impact the same person in the same way. My love of coffee began 11 years ago, and I've been drinking it heavily almost every day since that time. Not because it's a habit or because I'm seeking a caffeine boost (caffeine has no effect on me anymore in that regard), I drink coffee so much strictly because I love it. Never do I feel compelled to have coffee. Despite my heavy consumption on a regular basis, I sometimes go several days up to a week with none, so one couldn't really call it a habit in my case. I drink coffee as the mood strikes me rather than a feeling of dependence. And this abnormally high intake of mine has had no adverse affects on my body in a very long time. There was one period where it made me jittery and anxious, which owed just as much if not more to the job I had at the time. Otherwise, guzzling this heavenly beverage as I do doesn't bestow any boons or detriments to my well-being. Maybe this wouldn't be the case for you, or many other people, and so you would have to regulate your intake accordingly. I, however, am one with the coffee, and will continue steadfastly in my ways.
  2. Oh, I love so many kinds of music! Power metal, symphonic metal, classic rock, some 90s alt rock (especially Cake; best band to come out of the 90s, imo), delta blues, jazz... and some other stuff. I'll give anything a chance. What I feel like listening to at the moment depends upon my mood or what I happen to be doing. I typically do like pony related music more. I've heard pony music that fits into a lot of the above genres and a few more. When it comes to pony music though, I prefer remixes and covers of songs from the show to original works. Yes, I do own lots of pony stuff! I've got several plushes, cards, card binders, lunch boxes, art prints and posters, blind bag figures and brushables, various toys of low quality from Hasbro and figures from We Love Fine, etc. Got some bags and shirts too that I use at every opportunity. Yes, and I love them. My favorite power metal band might be Falconer. Astral Doors is pretty good too, as is Sabaton.
  3. A lot of 2D shooters. Not to say they're inherently superior, but they possess a charm and a type of immersion I don't find in modern shooters. The objective these days is to make things look and feel as lifelike as possible, which is certainly cool, but a shooter offering little more than escapism and a more pleasing color palette. In short, the more resource intensive a game is for the machine playing it, the more mind intensive it typically is for the player. Fun stuff, but simplicity is also nice at times. Have a look at one of my favorite shooters from the 90s, Dark Forces: This game is more fun and pleasing to the eye in my opinion than much of the stuff I'm grabbing on Steam these days, and I played this thing on DOS when it arrived in 1995.
  4. Interesting spread we've got up there. September baby here. In fact, when my parents took me to get enrolled in school for the first time, they wanted to make me wait another year because of where my birthday was. I was born a few days too early for their liking to put me in Kindergarten. My parents insisted, and they let me in. Never heard of anyone else ever having trouble with that. More specifically, I was born on the 10th. Somebody I went to school with was also born on September 10th, but a year after me. Then his brother was born on September 9th the year after that. Then their sister ruined it and was born in July.
  5. My favorite was Surge before it got discontinued, and then it became Coke. Sometime around 2009 I stopped drinking soda as part of an effort to improve my overall health and lose some weight. Now I just don't like the way they make me feel after having one, so I don't drink them at all anymore. I still enjoy seltzer though. That's plain, carbonated water. No sugar or flavoring. A lot of people don't like it because everyone associates carbonation with sweetness and are unpleasantly surprised to find none. I think it's refreshing.
  6. Normally I wear nothing at all. I like sleeping naked. Too cold for that now though, so I'm wearing socks, a t-shirt, and lounge pants. Provides a little extra warmth without making me feel smothered or immobile.
  7. Voted for Rarity just because she's got it going on, nothing to do with Jeric's promise. But it's still pretty close. This one is pretty suspenseful... mostly because of what it'll mean for Jeric if Rarity wins. I'll buy you a drink at BABSCon. Not much consolation, I know, but you deserve something. xD
  8. Revolver Ocelot is my favorite character from the whole Metal Gear series, I think. Despite being a sadist with little regard for the lives of others, he's worked both sides of the street, as both a villain and somewhat of an anti-hero. Most of all though, I admire his skills with those revolvers of his. Even before I knew who he was, I always appreciated revolvers more than automatics, especially single-action revolvers such as those he uses. I can only hope to be as proficient one day.
  9. You're pretty good.

  10. My pain tolerance is pretty high, because I'm one of those weirdos who enjoys most types of pain that result from injury. Not in a sexual way though; it doesn't turn me on. It's something that I don't think can really be explained, you either get it or you don't. So yeah, I like it.

  14. Shirt comes first to me, because that covers the most surface area of my body and I want to be warm. x_x After that it's boxers, then socks, then pants. Shoes always come last, of course. Seems like a lot of people here are into hoodies. I just wear a regular jacket.
  15. You're right, she probably did kidnap herself. She owes money all over town.

Like Lenin said, look for the person who will benefit. And you will, um, y'know...

  16. I tell myself that I'm going to lay in bed and get well quick. Instead, I sit in front of my computer and do the things I always do. Only exceptions being things like the flu that beat me down so badly I don't even have the strength to get up.
  17. Neptune, for both the coloration and the sounds. Seriously, go to Youtube and look up "the sounds of _____" and insert the name of a planet. All of them are enchanting to me, but I think Neptune is my favorite.
  18. Coffee, of course. And probably a little like a Wendy's Frosty.
  19. I have no strong feelings one way or the other.

      On topic (?):

A He-Man "action figure" was the oldest toy I ditched away when I started college (a birthday present someone give to me, on the far and forgotten 80´s).

  22. I didn't. Had to take a while off for personal matters. I'm easing myself back in though.
