It just occurred to me that when I said earlier today "hate the sin and love the sinner," that, as I didn't clarify something very important, I might have come across sounding a bit asinine and holier-than-thou-art. Let me clarify then that I wholeheartedly believe that each and every person, myself most certainly included, is as much a sinner as the next, and thus we all equally need God's love and Christ's redeeming sacrifice.
