Oh yes. God yes. In one episode, this guy dies over 100 times. And throughout the series, the 'regular' characters (Dean, Sam, Castiel, and Bobby) all die in various different ways multiple times and get brought back. And some of the secondary characters die multiple times, or they die once, in a very tragic way, but just a note; try and fail to not get attached to characters because there is a 90% chance they will die.

And not come back?

Some characters don't come back, some come back, some sorta come back, some get a fate worse than death and we don't talk about those people or what they are experiencing right now because it is painful so we just assume they're brain dead. Honestly, I can't say much without spoilers.
