      I think the one I saw may have been the Poniverse mascot, not MLPForums. I might be wrong. I'll go look. >u<

      It was the Poniverse one. Oops.

      But I looked at the mascot contest topic and on September 2nd, Ashley posted that the winners would be announced soon in Canterlot Castle. I haven't seen anything about it since.
