    For some reason I'm downloading at 15 megabits/second. I'm only paying for 5 megabits/second....I don't know if they upgraded me for free or if there's a bug in the system. Whatever it is, I'm not complaining!

      Your speed depends on the usage in your network, but triple is a lot more than I'd expect. They legitimately could have upgraded their service. What kind speeds do they offer where you are?
