Don't worry too much about it; a calm state of mind gets rid of half of the worries; a frazzled mind magnifies and compounds them. So, keep calm and pony on
But tornadoes are an order of magnitude which can turn into a situation of life and death. I'm not freaking out. I'm just keeping a damn sharp eye on the weather and I'm ready to move to the basement if I need to.
