It's a reference to a very old video where this guy Chris Crocker is upset about all the bad attention that Britney Spears was getting in the mid-2000s when she was married to Kevin Federline and just had mishap after mishap. Well, he makes this very emotional and melodramatic video where he's crying and his makeup is running down his face and whatnot and in the middle of the video, he just cries out, "LEAVE BRITNEY ALONE!" After that, he was internet famous. Or infamous lol
