    The Show is meh at its aesops. I mean they're a lot better than shows which exist purely for entertainment alone, but obviously a great deal of context and caveat is neutered in order to focus on character development and brevity. Lots of that material is also subject to the People-Who-Make-Sure-No-One-Sues-Us Board (a part of Hasbro's PWMSNOSUB Department) and filtered for things that would gain flak and attract bad press. For example, when the Cakes had babies, I'm sure the story was raked over the coals a few times to make sure nothing about sex was noticeably implied.

    McIntosh is the correct spelling of the Apple cultivar as well as the technically correct official canon spelling, as stated on collectibles and in the IDM comics. As such, it is also the name proper used on the MLP wikia. However, this 'canonization' happened only after the debate was well in place in 2012, and largely decided by the fandom by popularity that they settled on Macintosh. Thus, "Big Macintosh" finds more popularity when searching on DeviantArt, Derpibooru, Reddit, Tumblr and other sites, than "Big McIntosh".

    You do realize that all of those are just off the Gravity Falls Wiki, or using the Caesar Cipher, right? If a wooden ship has all of its aged planks and parts replaced with new ones, is it still the same ship? What if someone took all the scrapped and worn parts and reconstructed the original, so now you have two ships of the same ship. Is one a duplicate?

    The Combine were initially attracted to Earth due to the Xen Incursion at the Black Mesa Incident. That was caused by nascent portal technology being explored by Freeman, Kleiner, Vance and their colleagues, egged on by the G-Man. Equestria appears to have had capable and accurate non-transdimensional teleportation technology (biological spell-casting horns) for centuries, if not for millennia. If a being like Discord couldn't attract the Combine, why would they now? [That is, during the Friendship is Magic era, aka Post-Return of Luna.] But assuming that the Combine committed an incursion: Let's examine Derpy Hooves. Derpy does not appear to be a common kind of pony, but the fact that she exists means that a pony of her variety is a possible result in the breeding population. Which means implicitly there could be other time-and-space warping silly characters, against whom mind-control and armed capture is exceedingly difficult or even impossible. This general genetic immunity (rare but possible) against Combine Trans-speciesist technology coupled with extremely powerful magic means that no matter how much the Combine attacked Equestria and tried to subjugate it, ultimately they wouldn't be able to win. I imagine before that scenario would come into play however, sufficiently powerful magic users would probably prevent the Combine from entering by cancelling their portals before they become useful.

    That's a ZBrush sculpt. They're probably going to turn it into a laser-printed miniature. I once heard that the best way to wash your hair is with rainwater and an egg. Rainwater is the softest kind of water you can have, because no minerals or particles precipitate out of rainclouds. You rinse your hair with the water, get it nice and cold, crack and egg and work the white and yolk through, get the nutrients in, and then rinse again to get the egg out (before the egg starts to cook from body heat).

    I think that the fan-fiction was just trying to get a clever one-off in suggesting Celestia amuses herself with private fantasies. I imagine it's much more probable in the show's canon that if Celestia and Luna are asleep at the same time, they share a dream so that they finally have some time to just play together, rather than being busy all waking hours with running the country.

    She washes herself. If I know anything about hard work and sweat, I would be so bold to say that you wouldn't suggest Applejack's hair is maintained by sweat if you knew what it's like.

    The question then is, naturally, how straight or thick it is. It's still unclear to me if Applejack would brush her hair day to day (in the morning, evening or after work) or if it's of such wond'rous stuff that it doesn't get tangled or messy even though she never bothers with it.

    What kind of Dress would Princess Luna wear? Why would she want a dress? For fun? For a cocktail party? I need an excuse to justify why I made this other than the obvious. This picture is tiny because it's a work in progress snapshot.

    Transhumanism I don't think will ever come to a full encapsulating thing. There are too many cultural differences in the world for everyone to be interested in technological progression in that direction. Moreover, its development has no direct connection to My Little Pony any more than it does to The Matrix or Star Wars. What you're basically asking for is a VR video game set in Equestria which you can play for extremely long periods continuously, the way I see it.

    Attractiveness is not a quality I can describe to the Mane characters because they are not human. Cuteness is not necessarily human, and appeal is not necessarily human, but attractiveness is, I would say.
