Yeah, my parents kept nagging me that "You only turn 16 once." They wanted to give me a good time so money didn't matter much to them. You really wanna talk expensive you should hear the amount of money I got. xD

Now I'm curious, the most my parents have ever spent on a single birthday for me was around £300 XD

I don't know how much they spent overall on the events and stuff but as far as gifts go...a little more than $300. I'm in the US of course so £300 euros here is actually less than $300 even so it was quite a lot.
