So my sister shouted "Pegasus!" While we were outside of Fred Meyer waiting for the rest of my family to finish up and I actually quite instinctively...looked up. Nothing was there of course. My sister was laughing, but I was sad. :c

Just got back from my therapy appointment...Starting to not see a point. I want counseling, not 'therapy'. It feels like therapy is all about getting you in and out as soon as possible trying to find a fix to be done with you completely. Complete shit. All I can hope for now is an increase on my medication dosage...
