  1. Dungeons and Dragons. It's a tabletop RPG. It's super fun, too, as long as you have a good group.
  2. Unfortunately, I don't have time to make something, otherwise I would. So... entering the raffle it is! Consider this an official entry.
  3. Skype is invaluable to me. I live in the middle of nowhere, and all of my friends live at least an hour away, and I have no car, and there is no cell service at home, so if I want to talk to them without having a conversation in front of my grandparents, that's how I have do it.
  4. Oh, ok so I haven't really missed anything too too important. I got a Compaq Presario. It's cheap, and nothing fancy, but my last one was also a Presario and it lasted me a good four-five years, so I'm hoping the quality is similar.
  5. Setting up my new computer and wondering why Skype is giving me such a hard time.
  6. I've never been able to understand internet roleplaying. I mean, some people are really good at it, and it's interesting for a bit, but then I quickly lose interest. That's why I would never try, because if I lost interest and that meant someone else had to wait on me, I'd feel really bad. So anyway, I finally got a new computer today I've been absent from the forum because my backlight died, so I've missed a lot x_x What's new in the last month or so?
  7. I got Skyrim the day after it came out, and I've been playing it nearly nonstop since then. It is amazing. I'm not usually a fan of the Elder Scrolls games, really. As much as I love the fantasy genre, I found Oblivion boring and Morrowind confusing (it was fun once I got the hang of it, but that took me a long time). But this game is just fantastic. It's beautiful, it's fun, it's exciting. Killing your first dragon without excessive help is the best feeling in the world. I also LOVE the no-class system. It feels so much more freeing than having to pick a class and stick to it.
  8. Katrilli is just the name I use for everything. It was the result of a random name generator when I was naming a D&D character, and I liked it so much I adopted it. It works out really well, too, because it's never already taken
  9. It's a drink mentioned in Harry Potter. Someone I know found a recipe for it (which is really just a guess, it's not official or anything). The one I made tasted like a caramel latte, basically. It doesn't actually involve beer.
  10. If you ever change your mind, I'll be here, too Topic change out of nowhere: So I just made homemade butterbeer and learned how to make caramel. I'm so excited. The holidays aren't fun for me with most things because my family usually takes this time to start huge fights, but the one thing I absolutely love about this season is all the different things I can cook :3
  11. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b0ZsV3Fzzoo It's embedded in my head.
  12. Drinking beer and browsing the internets. The internets are boring tonight.
  13. I now have four mice. Two of them don't have names, but the other two are Selena and Harley.
  14. It was hilarious, that's why. I had been watching it in the same room with my brother, and even though he wasn't watching it and makes fun of me for liking MLP, he laughed really hard at that line. Also, I have to say I loved Luna's canon personality in today's episode. I can't pick a favorite moment, but the entire episode was amazing.
  15. Sweet! I'll have to get a subscription at some point. I didn't even know we did that kind of thing.
  16. One time, when I was about 9, my little brother (who would've been about 7) and I decided to go exploring in the woods. Even though they weren't very big woods, we got lost, and my mom ended up calling the police to go look for us. The same brother and I decided one day when I was about 18 and he was 16 that we would use my grandmother's bb guns and have target practice. We filled up water balloons and hung them along the fence to shoot at from varying distances. We got bored with the balloons and started looking for other targets when I noticed a cardinal perched in a tree way off in the distance. Thinking there was no way I could possibly hit it, I aimed and fired, and of course hit it. Now, cardinals are my grandmother's very favorite birds, and I don't know why we thought she would somehow know, but we decided to go into the woods to see if we could find it and whether or not it was still alive so that we could at least feel better knowing. We never did find it, but we did discover that that part of the woods is actually a swamp. We came home soaked and covered in mud, carrying the bb guns, and we got in huge trouble, although she never did find out about the cardinal, thank god. Basically all the dumb things I've done as a stupid kid have involved my brother and the woods, now that I think about it. I still feel bad for that poor bird.
  17. Same here, I can't sleep and have to be up at 7. Can't wait to see your vector! Oh, and how did you get the Cutie Mark Crusader title above your avatar? I haven't seen that before.
  18. I clicked the link on the tumblr post, but the last video I could see was from the 14th >_<
  19. I don't see it there. It has a link to the show's page, but I don't actually see tonight's video on that site. I saw it on TV, so I have no idea where else you could find it.
  20. Befriend: Rarity. I also enjoy sewing, so we'd have something in common to talk about. Flirt: Pinkie Pie. I think she's the prettiest, and even though she bordered on annoying to me for a while, she knows when to stop being too silly, like when Rainbow Dash was going to prank Fluttershy. Prank: Twilight. I think it would be funny to see how she reacts to it.
  21. Did anyone else watch Matt Smith on Craig Ferguson? It was weird seeing him as just himself, not as The Doctor, but it was really interesting.
  22. This is relevant to my interests. Could you share the link?
