(turns into wolverine?) "I'll help!" shouted lightning as she ran to join diehard in the battle. two against fourteen... no problem she thought to herself. She bucks one wastlender up then turns to the adjacent one and brohoofs its face, killing both instantly. "we can't hold them!" screamed diehard, "we need reinforcements!"

"hey" replied lightning she didn't really care to draw any attention to herself so she made it a short response "so your the diehard we have been hearing about hmmmm?" she said to diehard. You came from canterlot?

lightning leans over to connor and says "you ready to meet this guy? be ready to make a decision soon" *excited murmers grow throughout the base* Apparantly this guy is big among these survivors she thought to herself or they just want to live...

"Alright i don't see a problem with it." said lightning (is it just me, or does a big event need to happen soon?) *a calm sigh of relief swept through the others in the survival base* "so when does he show up?"

(i'll take a break for a little too, i need to eat lol thought i would die of starvation) "Well i'll think about it overnight, you'll know in the morning" she said unsure. "That is true all of us can't stay here forever, supplies will run out and everyone will be forced to leave eventually." replied Lightning. "it is the most logical choice i can think of over dying of starvation."

"i see" she said Her face took on a more concerned look. "How do you plan on getting to The solar palace conner?" "are you leaving for it tomorrow?" Some murmurs spread around the room of survivors. *crazy...* *Why would he do that?*

"oh I see." she exclaimed. "so they are being held up by wastelanders? Where did they come from?" starting to feel a sort of uneasyness about the whole situation. This could be getting ugly for all the survivors.

"Well... I don't really know what i did before today. I sort of... woke up." she said in a conserned tone. "But i don't remember being with anypony for years." "That is all I can remember. sorry..."

Lightning turns away for a moment teary eyed :'( "ah stupid dust in my aye!" she muttered then rejoined with connor and dizzy. "so what is the plan of action?" she asked connor and dizzy. Not knowing what to expect for their next course of action.

"so dizzy... How did you and the rest of these ponies get here?" Lightning asked "What made you set up in ponyville? There are safer areas than here aren't there?" And who is this Diehard you have told us about.

Lightning wakes up an hour later and rejoins conner and the survivors in the main hold. "What did i miss?" she asked connor "not much" connor replied. "well that is good no major events happened" she said jacously. she turns to the pony that let them in earlier and says. "i'm sorry but what was your name again?"

While Connor conversed with the (un named pony *ahem*) lol She went to go get a fresh pair of clothes and decided to take a much needed nap.

"No no, it's his, i just met him along the way" she said sounding embarassed. (the way you wrote it lol ) Him and his son showed up about an hour after I got into town, we are all very cold and have no supplies but outselves. We would appreciate any hospitality you could show us.

Lightning looks at connor, then at the pony... "fine... " *lets go of him* "but if he tries to pull a fast one, i'll put him out." she said aggressively. They both stand up and eye eachother... The other pony begins to speak

While he is distracted, Lightning and Connor knock the pony over and pin him to the ground... Lightning Raises her fist to strike the pony and says "Now give me one good reason not to kill you right here!" The pony continued to struggle (there edited out your dialouge, go ahead and finnish it.)

"Hey,calm down, we are seriously just looking for food and shelter. No need to make any rash decissions." Lightning chimed after connor not averting her gaze from the pony that stood in front of them. She noted other ponies that stood and watched from behind him.

While walking and introducing themselves, Lightning got to hear their story, and how they got to where they are today. "well i'm Lightning Flash" she stuttered... (not used to talking with others) As the ponies searched a few homes they came up on a buildidng that's sign only read "sugar cu...." the rest was ripped off. Across the streat a figure came into view. Lightning and connor both took a fighting stance, ready for anything.

Lightning replies "Well the only trouble i'll give you right now is letting you know, that there isn't any food in this part of town. It has been stripped clean." She looks behind her at the business district of town. Then looks back at connor. "If you want we could go check the urban area, for some food, or atleast shelter. The homes are bound to have something useful." She starts to walk off and looks back "... you coming or not?"

Lightning knocked aside the barrel to meet her oponent. As she was about to take action when she saw the young filly. She didn't know what to say, the anger from her face subsided. "Let me ask one more time" said conner "who are you?" Lightning spoke "I'm Lightning Flash", "what brings you here? or is this some sort of trick? Don't you know this is no place for a boy!?"

Lightning edged between buildings and barricades with stealth and precission. She was just yards away from where she saw the "others" She ducked behind a barrel near a slap of concrete and waited for the mysterious faces to show themselves. *mmmmph* the sound of a hoof muffled voice was barely audible... She got ready to attack if need be...

Lighting saw a sign, welcome to pony ville. (or what was left of it) She saw that most of the town was now nothing more than rubble. She headed down the main street to start looking for anything of use. she saw that the buildings were already stripped of anything useful. As she looked back down the main road from where she entered pony ville, she saw two sets of eyes... glowing in the distance. quickly, she darted through an ally way, waiting to get a better look.

She could hear a voice, but its location was undefined, coming from all directions it boomed "What do you seek?!" The force of the voice startled her and it took her a moment to formulate an answer. "I wish to fix this mess" she replied "You have but one chance" it thundered once again. "But I... " she was cut off as her surroundings returned to reality. She found herself in the middle of a road... with no idea what is ahead of her, she set off.

I decided i'll just let them randomly figure it out, then i'll explain... until then... I will watch more ponies!
