    I totally agree, if there were a god it would be totally different from the one in any religious text. I hate to tell ya, but I agree with him. If there is a god it's most certainly not the one from the Holy Bible. But I think that's all part of the human experience, finding the answers to everything gradually. Like my English teacher from middle school told me; question everything.

    Mike Portnoy is a really good drummer, but I still hate him for trying to sue his ex-bandmates. I kinda hate Dream Theater but I like Images and Words, I honestly have no idea why I downloaded it.

    True, but you do get the occasional instrumental. I'm pretty sure there a few songs by The Doors that don't have a guitar. It depends on the genre, I know that bands like Children of Bodom and *cough*Dream Theater*cough* rely on a keyboardist. Some bands also slip in ambient tracks that only use a keyboard, I know Morbid Angel and Burzum did this.

    Ughhh, this thread is so old, I look like such derp. That's the problem, some people are too lazy to look for new music so they just claim that it's dead, even though it isn't.

    I play guitar but I voted for everything. I think they're all important and serve a purpose in a band. I also think the bass guitar is an underrated instrument and the backbone of a band.

    Actually, I have no friends in real life LMFAO. But in the past I had friends and their parents seemed to like me I guess. Well, I'm a very quiet person and family members always complain about it...

    Actually no, I would but I'd just end up getting my ass kicked. I'm too skinny to fight, I'd get knocked out in less than a minute. If only I had a little more muscle.
