Alot of men have this fetish because making a woman pregnant is a way of marking the woman as theirs, it is the ultimate sign of "she is mine".

@Earthbending, I guess. I mean i guess its cool and in a way can be something to be proud of, although i dunno if i'd quite understand having a full out fetish for it, idk. Then again there are fetishes for everything .

But you have a point. Thats how alot of animals are to with it. Not to say that a man getting a women pregnant means they will love each other forever or anything(My parents divorced so yeah.) but it is a sign of great affection.

However having the fetish for other pregnant people is a bit different then the whole "she is mine" mindset, seeing as you didn't do anything.

Not to say you should be getting multiple women pregnant(Because i don't believe you should), but still.
