      There's not really any techniques I know of how to build up courage. I guess it's just a personal thing.

      Well, do it over a period of time. Tomorrow, just talk to a girl. Doesn't have to be a full conversation, just try to make small talk. One step at a time. As the days go by you'll find it getting easier. :) - Lightning Fluttershy
