Cheat code for what??????

Tell me, what does that do to the Yoshi's Island game? We are talking the original? I thought no original Mario games has cheat codes.

Sonic The Hedgehog (Genesis):

Title screen: Up, C, Down, C, Left, C, Right, C, hold A and press Start. This enables debug mode, so you can place enemies anywhere and have fun. Pressing Start and then A will go back to title screen, then do:

Up, Down, Left, Right, hold A and press Start for Level Select. Hold A and press start, and hold A until you see the level to activate Debug Mode from previous code. Have even more fun.

All classic Sonic games have Debug modes. Sonic 3 was really difficult to activate the code. And Sonic & Knuckles alone cannot enable Debug mode (needs to be locked onto Sonic 3).
