I liked the first movie, honestly. It wasn't Shakespeare, but for all its faults the atmosphere and spirit of the games still came through. I didn't bother with the second movie. Somehow I knew it wasn't going to be the same.

The Twilicorn angle can still be salvaged, but I think it will take the best writing of the series so far.

Harry was replaced by a girl. You cannot fathom the betrayal that is,all to have female cast and some weak forced "Mother is god in the eyes of the child" crap. This was based on SH1. That like making a metal gear solid movie and having no solid snake yet claiming its based on the first game. Production quality was great. Monster made no sense and weren't fan service since to fans it would make no sense story wise.

Anyway, Game movies are game movies. Eh. But the only reason I asked was because alot of the twilight alicorn stuff between the neigh sayers and the optimists sounds alot alike before the fall of SH. So, its pretty heavy in my head. I won't nerdgasm over you about it any longer. Just wanted to see another SH feels on the stuff.
