  1. I still do, but when I actually get a chance to watch it I've already missed half the season... It also doesn't help that I don't have the channel it airs on. I practically missed the whole of season 4 as it was airing so I had to watch the whole thing over a few days :/ I honestly think it's been getting better lately. The first few episodes of season 1 didn't exactly win me over, tbh. Definitely my least favourite season. Although I do admit I'm not as into the show as I used to.
  2. Eh, I don't think that would be a great idea. I don't really like it when new main characters are introduced late on in the series, it just feels tacked on. Plus there's already 6 main characters already, I think that's just plenty.
  3. This really didn't scream 'LESBIANS' to me at all. Gems dance before they fuse, that's a part of the show. Not to mention they don't actually have a sex, because they're gems. I have to question the logic here of censoring this scene when there there's that other scene in one of the recent episodes there Ruby and Sapphire have a blatantly obvious romantic relationship with each other. Not that it even needs to be censored at all. I hardly doubt those scenes are going to cause children emotional distress over two girls dancing. GG, UK.
  4. Quite possibly the only game I've ever bought that actually lived up to the hype. And what's even better is that it's an indie game made by only one person. Also Burgerpants is best character, I see too much of him in me. I dunno if that's a good thing or a bad thing.
  5. I suppose if you're on you're own then electronic is the best way to go. And you get pretty good results, one of my favourite things about the fandom is the fanmusic. Like it or not it's at least 1000 times better then throwing notes together in something like Sibelius and ending up with a mess of midi sounds.
  6. Not sure what the official brony stereotype is so I'm just gonna go with people in this thread have mentioned: 1. I'm a girl 2. I'm not overweight 3. I'm straight 4. I don't clop 5. I'm not a virgin 6. I don't have any mental health issues (I hope) 7. I'm not really involved with the fandom much at all anymore. I still visit the forums from time to time but I have many other interests that take up most of my time
  7. What a shocking attack. It hurts to think about the people who went to watch a band, have a drink and a generally good time, who never got to go home. I sincerely hope that the death toll doesn't esculate any more that it already has. One thing's for sure ISIS needs to be stamped out ASAP before any more innocent people lose their lives for no reason.
  8. Rubber, especially balloons. People are usually confused when I use that as an excuse not to help blow up balloons. And then there's also the smell of cannabis. I don't have a problem with the actual smell, it's just when it's strong I hate it. Oh and when I'm ill any sort of food smell is nauseating.
  9. I actually didn't mind the Spike episodes. Not the best, but at least good. I can see what people are getting at when they say Spike is being pushed into being more of a comic relief character, and personally, I have no problem with that. Because it can be pretty darn funny.
  10. I really didn't like Pinkie Pie much until around the end of season 4. She just got a bit more... Tolerable for me? And she can actually get a laugh or two out of me where before it was hit and miss. I can't pinpoint an exact episode, so I've probably just got used to her over time.
  11. Club Penguin.... I got too old :'( R.i.p my penguin whose name I can't remember, you will be missed. Also used to play flash games before I found Steam. I used to use Miniclip a lot, I still kinda do when I remember it still exists. Same with Postopia.com, my entire childhood was contained within that site. Then they shut it down. So sad.
  12. I have a bad habit of pulling my hair out when I'm occupied with something, or I'm just nervous. It's pretty damaging to say the least, I have to make regular trips to the hairdresser's because I keep making bald spots and ruining my fringe. I also tend to just throw things on the floor in my room when I've just got in and I'm too tired to care.
  13. Any Silent Hill game after the room. I've never seen a game franchise get anywhere near as butchered as the Silent Hill franchise. They've just announced a Silent Hill themed slot machine... After the sudden cancellation of Silent Hills. I want to kill myself.
  14. Aaaaaand those traumatizing memories come flooding back.... All I can remember is that tapeworm episode, good god.
  15. "Definitely." I don't know why I always seem to have trouble with it, I always have to say it phonetically in my head to make sure I've got it right XD And then there's the annoying as hell American spell-check which keeps making me think that I've spelled words like 'favourite' wrong.
  16. Since you're in the UK I'd suggest checking out Scan, they have customisable PCs that you can order online, and you can really make them cater to what you're using it for. They also have set components best for gaming if you're on a budget. http://www.scan.co.uk/3xs/configurator/custom-gaming-pc-amd-3xsgamer5a This is the cheapest set system they do, but of course you can change the components to better suit you.
  17. I only upgraded to 10 because I was stuck with 8.1. Gotta say though, it's a lot better, which was to be expected really. It took me a fraction of the time to get used to the interface than it did with 8.1, and so far no compatibility issues, thank god, although it did try to push Microsoft Edge on me whilst changing my default browser. Not very interested in your IE clone, thanks.
  18. You're always going to get idiots in any multiplayer game, and I've some great moments playing online, but the most fun I've had in multiplayer is playing with my friends. I'll never forget when I had a 4 player smash bros. match for the first time, which was also my first hour long match Trading and battling with my friends on Pokemon Diamond and Pearl was also so much fun, oh, and Pictochat, that was the best!
  19. From what I've played, usually the AI in valve shooters (like CS:GO and TF2) can be pretty terrible. Most wander around aimlessly, walk into walls, or stop moving entirely. Unless they're set to expert, which makes them considerably better, but not that much. Don't even get me started on the AI in the Mario party games, or any Mario spinoff in general. There is zero challenge unless you're playing with friends or online.
  20. Night owl, for sure. Unless it's a college night I'll be very much awake up until around 4am. Usually I'll still be playing games on steam, or staying up to talk to someone abroad. Consequently I won't be able to get up before noon unless I have plans. It's a horrible cycle that I hope I can break out of.
  21. There are bound to be some episodes of the show you dislike or think are boring, but then there are great ones in between. For me the start of season 4 put me off watching the show for a while because it couldn't hold my interest. But when season 5 was announced I decided to start watching again and I absolutely adore S5 so far. I know what you mean though, the fandom's interpretation of the show and its characters are often totally different to the actual thing!
  22. I thought it was pretty underwhelming, overall. I didn't catch all of it, but the conferences I did watch (EA, Bethesda, Nintendo, Ubisoft) most of them didn't really do much for me. Fallout 4 was great, Kingdom Hearts III was great, and a new Fire Emblem was also awesome, but there was nothing else I was particularly interested in. The new Metroid spin-off looked... Terrible. Even for the 3DS. I'm not a particularly big fan but I'm with the fan's side on this one. The whole Nintendo conference was pretty mediocre, really. EA bored me with endless sports games and Ubisoft made me cringe even more than usual. Overall, just... Eh.
  23. 1. Up 2. Finding Nemo 3. Toy Story 2 4. Ratatouille 5. Wall- E 6. Toy Story 7. Toy Story 3 8. A Bug's Life 9. Monsters Inc. 10. The Incredibles 11. Brave 12. Monsters University 13. Cars 14. Cars 2 This was incredibly hard to rank, except for Cars and Cars 2, because as far as I'm concerned they don't deserve to be called Pixar films. I just went with what movies got the most emotion out of me, and Up is definitely my first choice. I still can't sit though the first 10 minutes without crying discreetly into my sleeve.
  24. I find it ironic that they spend more time exposed to and talking about ponies than I do, and many others in the actual fandom.
  25. I'd say I was quite happy with my sex, other than the monthly cramps. After all, I'm pretty much stuck with it. Gender-wise, I'm more than happy being referred to as my biological sex. I'm me, I don't need label myself as such. I have hobbies and interests that some would consider 'masculine' and others would consider 'feminine', but I wouldn't label myself as any specific gender, or even none at all or both.
