As far as leaks go, here was a really surprising one: Flight to the Finish
SpoilerInstead of Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon, Rainbow Dash was actually the root of Scootaloo's misery. When she decides to train the CMC for their performance for the Equestrian Games, she would always push Scootaloo unreasonably harder than the rest of the CMC, to the point where it would actually discourage Scootaloo from continuing to practice. RD would go an apologize later and the episode would have ended as normal. The episode was most likely changed to what it is now because they thought RD was too mean
I used to give writers a lot of shit for giving Rarity special treatment over other characters and changing episodes because they didn't like the way she was portrayed in Spike At Your Service(the only instance up to this point where we knew of an episode that changed completely because they didn't like a way a certain character was portrayed). But it's honestly reassuring that, at least under Meghan McCarthy, they actually kept this mindset around for other characters(for the most part)
I shudder to think what would have happened if the episode was made around S6-9 under Haber though

Here's a good one: The original Saddle Row Review
SpoilerOriginally it was just gonna be a Rarity, RD and AJ episode where Rarity is worried about the competition on the Saddle Row(due to Suri screwing her over), and since they're competitive ponies, RD and AJ suggest Rarity gets more aggressive with her business, but she takes it too far and starts a fashion war with the other business. It gets to the point where they're trying to sabotage each other, and at one point Rarity ends up sending them on a cargo ship to a far away land, and RD and AJ try to get her to call it off. Even after sending the competition on a cargo, she tries to apologize only for the other fashonistas to come back with tons of exotic materials and it all works out in the end
I loved the Saddle Row Review and I wouldn't want to get rid of it, but this version sounded hilarious

I have to agree with this. Like most of the time when it is conveyed in a movie or tv show, said movie/tv show is already a corporate product itself and the song/songs produced don't really come across as all that genuine. Which just makes the whole thing pretty hypocritical and fall flat on its face.

Watching Cyberverse and I really hate the fact that they brought back that stupid Radio talk Bee had in the movies. That was one of my least favorite aspects of the character in the movies and I was really annoyed when they brought it into Prime. After RiD I hoped they finally moved on but apparently not
