Bah, i'm on that stupid borderline between being depressed and not. Just trying to keep it in and not explode into a big mess of me being an attention grabber again. Damnit i hate myself so much worthless piece of fucking shit. >_..

Oh yes, it does indeed take time and patience to change one's perceptions. The trick is not getting discouraged by that fact. And personally, I'm not at all annoyed by "attention whoring" as you put it. Most of the time, when I see someone needs help, I'm just hesitant to jump in since I don't know if I'm capable of offering said help. I suspect many others feel the same way. So don't worry too much if you feel ignored.

@Rudy, I guess, but the fact that i'm terrible at long term dedication doesn't really help me in that field.
And i'm not normally annoyed by it either, but most people talk about how attention whores deserve to feel whatever way, Plus i honestly don't even know when i have problems, or if i'm simply fishing for attention because i like it.
Honestly considering i get the majority of my attention when i feel depressed i'm not sure i want to be happy...
