    Sometimes I don't know if I just want to be left alone forever, or if I'm really desperate for friends and people. So confusing... Idk why I even post these status updates, I feel like I'm just complaining to myself, and really my problems and thoughts are mine, why would anybody else want to hear about them?

      Dude, you've gotta build some positive vibes. If you let things get to you, you will externalize it, repeating the spiral. Try listening to upbeat music or losing yourself in something you enjoy. Building up temporary positive energy will make it easier to develop more long-term positivity by breaking the cycle.
