Unfortunately not. I live in the United States but there aren't really any tennis events near where I live. The one exception was when Federer and Nadal came to the Nike Headquarters to play an exhibition a few years ago, and I'd have killed to go to it but all the tickets were sold out before I could get my hands on one. I've made a promise to myself that I'm going to make a pilgrimage to the U.S Open someday though.

Yeah . Definitely isn't easy to live life like that and to keep pushing on through whatever troubles you have. Still though, I think I've been getting a lot better at dealing with problems lately and that's at least in part due to getting inspired by things and characters I've liked.

Pfft- I feel it all the time. All my favorite characters inspire me, ponies or not. Call it attachment or whatever, but characters are, despite what some people may think, are very pertained to my life and your life. All characters have some realism to them. ^^

And I agree . I've always really enjoyed seeing some of myself or my struggles in someone else, and fiction makes that all too easy.
