So it could be that Ramsay Snow is just pulling the most intricate and unnecessary troll on Theon ever, which would be hilarious in all honesty, but frankly the only reason I can see the show makers doing this is so that Theon's not getting tortured ALL season. Not much, mostly that he's Roose Bolton's bastard and is very sadistic, so that would certainly suit him it sounds like. I know in the books he's supposed to be ugly, but they've taken liberties on appearances before (I mean Tyrion's not exactly horrifying looking now after the Battle of Blackwater Bay).
