I remember Twilight's was essentially like the movie Finding Forrester, with less basketball and stuff, Rarity's involved a lot of hippies, and Dash's was about some random gremlin thingies. I liked the idea of her being an inspiration or whatever, iirc, but I also remember it making next to no sense half the time.

Yeah, I refuse to even consider the RD one canon (even though they're all supposed to be); those gremlin things were absolutely ridiculous, and I agree, it made NO SENSE half the time. Twilight's was probably the second worst, but it's certainly less stupid, if only because it's a very limited story. Rarity's is AMAZING, but that one was made by people working on the main series (along with AJ's I think).

I do need to do some catching up then. I'd love an Applejack comic.
