    Don't look at it as talking down to you , but as advice, and yes i know what i feels like to be heartbroken... its been 3 years and i'm still not over it completely... she was part of my family... everyone loved her.... i loved her... i had already asked her to be mine forever... and she left me .. over nothing... , i cried, cried out to anyone who would listen...strangers family, friends... it didn't help much... then i decided that im not going to cry anymore, that its not going to get me anywhere... i say choose to be happy because it will help you. find that light at the end of the tunnel, do something to get you out fo your rut, what ever it may be, just try with all your being to be done with being sad. your efforts will improve your situation, no matter how small, Its an improvement as harsh as it may sound, its the truth... At my grand fathers funeral, Everyone was in tears... i sat there and smiled... i reminisced on all the good times that we shared and knew that his suffering was over, i chose to be happy and dealing with the situation from that state of mind was a whole lot more...Do-able
