      Have you tried assigning 192.168.0.2 to the problem computer? You don't have to play with the modem. If it still can't work, may I have the netmask?

      192.168.0.2 is assigned to the OTHER working computer in the house.

       

      How exactly would I find the netmask?

      I believe it's called subnet mask or netmask in the same page you config the IP address. Is 192.160.0.4 already used? How many computers are in your house exactly?
