I know this will never end for me. I have no hope anymore. Every day, constant anxiety, self hatred, depression. Nothing will change, nothing can change. Everyone at this point just says 'Do something' when there is absolutely nothing I can do. I am powerless. On top of this, I am completely worthless. I am sick of this existence. I am sick of everything. I want to just end it, I really do. I cannot do this anymore. Yet, I am stuck here. Even if that mindset, I cannot even end it.

Stop.It.Now.

For the last time you ARE NOT worthless. The only one calling themselves worthless and powerless is you. I don't see anyone else saying that sort of thing. Why the heck would you make yourself believe such terrible, false nonsense? Stop calling yourself worthless, stop calling yourself powerless. You are not powerless, you are not worthless!!

Please, listen to Nature! And how do you think other people would react when this happens? People do care about you. It just takes some time.
