      Faith in yourself barely means anything at this point. I am tired of everyone shoving that down my throat as if that is the ultimate solution and is incredibly easy. Then again, I don't expect much else from the Internet, where everyone is usually completely powerless. When one is powerless, the simplest of solutions will do, even if they do not work.

      It's not easy, but it is an integral part of the ultimate solution. There is no single way to get rid of depression, but faith in yourself is a major and essential aspect.

      Well, I really don't like myself at this point, so that may not happen for a long time. Meds might give me that boost, but it is hopeless right now.
