      I am just fucking tired and run down...I guess I am going to sleep or something. It has been one hopeless day of many to come but at the very least I know what's coming. I apologize if I came off as harsh which I probably did but..I fucking hate myself. Been dealing with those thoughts for so long now and they are only getting worse it seems.
