      If everybody in the world said what you just said to themselves, every day...our society would be f*cked. If Michael Phelps said that to himself every morning, he wouldn't have earned 6 gold medals in the olympics. If Michael Jordan said that to himself every time he took a shot, he would miss them all, and nobody would know his name. Think about it, Kyoshi. Your mind has been perpetuating these thoughts. It's up to you to defy them by any means.
