      At least 4-5 of those don't even apply to me. 'Remind your self of your recent achievements' yeah, wow, lets see...None and...none. Yay. I am amazing. That is my problem with stuff like that. It basically says: Do the same shit you did before (which is what I am doing now, only I wasn't depressed when I was younger) and constantly tell yourself how wonderful you are. Sadly, I am not wonderful. At all.
