      I see...I know I cannot help much given the facts. I guess at least we both know the feelings. It is insanely hard to block out. Thoughts will just hit you for no reason. That's what happens to me all the time. Music, food, videos, and video games seems to help me but there are times where they do nothing. It's really hard to fight..
