      Me, well, I guess listening to white noise of some kind, watching videos with a snack, eating, listening to music (depending on my mood), I guess it depends on my mood overall but eating and watching videos always seems to help. Walking sometimes does too. I want to go to the store to get a couple of things but right now I can't.
