You can't let your fears own you, or things will never change...... Remember that you decide your future, and no matter what anyone else says, you matter, and your a good person. Overthinking will only make things worse.... Take some time to do brain ocuppying things such as listen to music, or in my case play through a particulary hard game..... I hope for the best for you my friend

Well, I don't necessarily decide my future entirely, if that were the case I would choose to be a totally different person. As anyone knows, I don't always like myself too much. There is a lot that is out of my control. When these thoughts hit me, I try to enjoy simple things, like music or video games, but when they get as bad as they are tonight, even those things are very hard to enjoy.

@Emerald, It depends I guess. I always hate coming off as awkward when trying to word things.
