      Basically, I am more of a nocturnal person. I tend to prefer night time, is all. Sometimes my sleeping pattern will be waking up in the morning and going to sleep at a different time but usually it is the first one.

      Oh okay. I get it, you're like a person who works at night but you don't work at night, you sleep during the day (mostly) and are awake at night

      Pretty much. Being awake during night time is usually more peaceful for me, though anxiety still hits me all the time anyways.
