      you sort of can, just sign in both accounts on the ps3 and down load the respective games to each and make sure both accounts are linked to the system. one account can share a game with 5 systems but only 3 can be "activated" at any given time. do this and your new account should be able to play the games downloaded with the other account. I've played some of my friends games this way. :)
