He will say whatever to get us on his side. He knows how ot manipulate the populace. He is a celebrity, not a leader. The masses will nod their head at a celebrity.

And I do not care about anything related to 'Oh he is doing this and that which is generous.' The guy is a goddamn billionaire and was born into that life. I don't give a shit about anything he is doing in that regard.

He funded his own campaign because he is one of the only people that could ever do such a thing. Most other people, if they tried to self fund themselves and then they lose, that could destroy them financially. Trump? It is a drop in the bucket. He would have walked away perfectly fine if he had lost, in fact, he would be making more money because of the publicity.
