      It doesn't matter who pays for it though. He hoped he could get mexico to pay for it. They still might if we get the tariffs on mexican goods implemented. Well, it will be more the mexican-based companies than mexico, is that the same thing? Probably not. Sucks for the companies that moved to Mexico to save money on labor. Justice is sweet.

       

      But whatever its getting built anyways. With a background in real estate he can get it built in 4 years, hes using that fencing act somehow...
