Yeah, I sometimes wish I was taller, handsome, had a great voice, had a Greek gods body and had a great charismatic personality. But we got to use what life has dealt us to the best of our ability, be happy with what we are and not care about the people that hate on us for it. Like @Hierok has mentioned, he was obese and it upset him a lot because people used to pick on him a lot for it, he then made it a goal to tackle that demon and now he has came out better because of it. 

all it is is a problem with your body's emotional receptors it has nothing to do with you yourself it's just a biological issue making you feel negative for no reason and heightening your negative reactions when you feel a bit unwell
