Yup, it sucks doesn't it? To give a couple of examples: My dad was diagnosed with COPD early this year. He is a pretty heavy smoker. Since then, has he made even the slightest hint of an attempt at quitting smoking? Nope. The doctors told him pretty clearly that he needs to quit smoking. He doesn't care.

Another example: When it comes to buying drinks, instead of going to the Dollar General store that was built not far out of town to stock up on things, he insists on getting 12 packs of Cokes from the convenient store in town, the most expensive place to get them. Then he wants to have any drinks that I have when he runs out because he is too much of a brain-dead fuck to get it through his thick and brainless skull that there are far better ways to buy things like that and he could save lot's of money by not buying cigarettes. I wouldn't be so irritated if this stuff hasn't been going on for years.
