    Mario Odyssey is a good reminder for me to not fully trust gaming press. It looks quite good, but the 97 on Metacritic seems a bit overkill.

      Mario games will ALWAYS get good ratings no matter the quality of them. It's like the gaming press has to thank the man who brought the industry back to life in the 80's forevermore until it all crashes again. Without Mario, many reviewers websites and professional players won't have a job to call their own, so it's logical that give the plumber all the praise they can muster.
