Kyoshi

I wish I could sit down with ya and chat face to face. I know what you are going through. If you need help and don't know how to do it yourself, confide in other people. That's the best course of action. 

Mr. Rogers said this once: When I was a boy and I would see scary things in the news, my mother would say to me, “Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping.” 

There are always people willing to help others including you Kyoshi... 

I don't see myself as worth the trouble. There are plenty of people in this world that need help, and most of them actually contribute something to society. I don't. No one should help me over someone that actually deserves to be helped.

There are people who love you on this planet. Just being here contributes to their love. I wouldn't call that not worth the trouble. You deserve help just like everyone else. You aren't any less then me or anyone.
