I am actually not saying this to express my own depression, but rather, with the news of the show ending, it has some people down, including me. Sometimes you have to be sad to remember what brings you joy. Like when Stephen Hillenburg died, it saddened me but I then thought more of Spongebob and how much I love the show.

I get why you said that though, I am a pretty depressed guy, really depressed actually, but I intended for this status to actually have a meaning more than that.

We all knew this day was coming. But maybe G5 will be just as good.

He's right though. We humans live in a passing beam of existence in a world built on change and adaptation in order to sustain its balancing act of creation. All things must end to make anew. The Hindu monks of the Indus Valley said this Millenia ago. G4 was simply on its last leg, few ideas were left to continue the story. As such, it must be brought anew if it is ever to continue as it once did
