      well I injured my foot on the 13, and it was hard for me to walk properly

      Seems like that hurt a lot. :| I don't react well to pain like that, I am pretty weak.

      this  tends to happen often, as I'm injury prone.....

      I wish I could stop being injury prone.

      since this injury happened as I was walking down a staircase I now have a  phobia  ascending/descending staircases

      I have to find a way to get over it
