    Holy crap. _o: Is that going to be the art style of the movie?! It looks purely divine! Rarity would agree I am sure. XD Seriously, they seem like they are going all out for the film if these shots, as well as what Buttonmash posted, are any indication.

    Fear of seasonal rot simply isn't a fear I have with this show in particular. The writers know what they are doing, any new people could also come up with new ideas. Sure, there is always the possibility of some bad ideas and some mediocre episodes, but we are 6 seasons in and the show is still holding its quality. I say bring it on! After all the speculation of the show ending with the movie (which I was convinced of), this is pretty exciting. :3

    I dunno, the more I hear about the seapony aspect of the film, the more I fear it will be the worst part of the film.

    Hardcore introverted, it is just how I have been all my life. My social skills have always been bad and I have lots of social anxieties, which they have gotten worse over the years. So I tend to keep to myself.

    Will we finally get some Celestia character development? Would be awesome. It would be even better if somehow it turned out to be a Celestia/Luna episode. One can dream. The supposed Twilight/Starlight episode will only interest me if they actually show Starlight in a (pun) positive light. Not being overpowered super-pony like in season 6.

    I don't think that is how it works, personally. I think becoming an alicorn is a state of ascension. Ascending to a higher plain of magic. I don't think biology or longevity determines what is an alicorn and what isn't. Could they potentially be lower leveled alicorns compared to Celestia and Luna? Probably, but they are still alicorns all the same.

    So someone here asked me "Why do you post so many status updates?" And um, I honestly don't post THAT many. I mean, yeah, some days I do, but I am not sure what the problem is. Oh well.

      It's a legitimate question if you ignore the implication that you're posting too often. I would consider "Because I like to" a legitimate answer. If someone doesn't like it, they can choose not to get notifications for status updates. It's the people who post status updates constantly who breath life into the forums. Seeing people post like that can get people to open up about their lives, share their ideas, and start new threads. Life is best when shared.

    Project Cars is such a terrible game. I mean, I am glad it was free with gold and all that, but seriously, the game is painfully unfun.

    Co-op in Dark Souls 3 is really fun. :D Been helping others defeat The Nameless King. As a Warrior of Sunlight no less.

      I am a Warrior of Sunlight, so I am helping other people against the Nameless King, the hardest boss in the game. I have already defeated him twice on my own so I might as well help others. Plus, I wouldn't say DS3 is easy. It is definitely harder than DS2.

    You are basically saying that the show should abandon one of the things that makes it wonderful. FiM is a family show, lighthearted, cheerful, but not to the point of treating the viewers like idiots. It promotes positive messages while delivering those messages in mostly clever ways. By the end of each episode it wants to make you feel positive and it certainly does that for me. To introduce concepts like murder would be a detriment to the positive atmosphere the show tries to create. Comparing it to Courage the Cowardly Dog isn't a proper connection. Courage doesn't have the over-arching positive atmosphere that FiM does, it aims for something different and that's fine. Asking one to be like the other would abandon a huge part to why people love that show in the first place. I say keep the overly dark stuff away from FiM. If I want that, I will go watch Attack On Titan.

    Can't say that I agree with you. The finale did most of what should have happened. It made itself epic, it answered our questions about Discord and Twilight and it ended on a note of progression for the following season to build on. I personally think it is one of the top finales, by far.

      If you've got the money and the food store's not too far away, you could always go stock up then. ^^ I need to do similar myself at some point soon. @.@

       

      Even with that considered, though... That's the best part I find about just "going walking," you don't even need a destination. ^^ Just walk around for a bit, y'know? Helps to clear the mind, especially if you've no destination. Just recall where you are so you can get back too. :P

      Just as a general point of curiosity Kyo, have you ever developed a large-scale project of some sort such as a game production? Things like this are what companies do. If they are planning development on something, and only just had the time to release a major portion of their project within a deadline. By the time the game releases, the price you pay is for all that time and effort that went into the base game.

      By the point you are paying for DLCs, you're paying for content that the company didn't have time to actually finish that is set for post-production by that point. Regardless of whether or not it's actual "DLC", or simply content that the company couldn't "get out" within their deadline for the game's release.

      Then they shouldn't announce the DLC ahead of time. They should wait until it is finished or near finished and release it as such. Not advertising it a year before it releases.

    Definitely wouldn't mind it. XD It would make going to see the film feel even more like a celebration of the show and the fandom itself. That would leave more money for popcorn. :3

      Whatever you decide, I always look forward to more siggies. Been a while since I updated mine honestly, I just love that particular Whooves one too much. Perhaps I'll gander in the thread when you update it and see if anything catches my eye.

       

      I'm just in work, on my lunch. Big bus of schoolkids outside having just finished their tour of the museum. I feel quite sorry for the teachers...

    I beat Dark Souls 3 on NG+ last night. It is funny how I went from not liking the game much at first to beating it twice. XD That is the first time I have done that in this series.

    Probably somewhere in Canada, but here is where the really boring part of my answer comes in; I have lived in Indiana all my life and I try to take pride in Indiana itself, as difficult as that is nowadays. So I probably would like to live somewhere better in Indiana, like Evansville, Bloomington or even Indianapolis. The tiny town I live in now just doesn't really have anything to offer.

    The only aspect of it that bothers me is how corporate and shallow it all is. This could be said about any holiday really, but for some reason Valentine's Day just irritates on that subject. It is the corporations saying "Hey, show your special someone just how much you love them by BUYING THEM STUFF!!" This is the same reason I cannot stand the corporate nature of Father's Day and Mother's Day. I mean, if you want to buy them something then by all means you should do that if it is what you want, but the fact that many of these holidays center entirely around buying things irks my chain.

    Woo. Beat Dark Souls 3 on New Game+, so now I have beaten it twice. Feels good.

      congrats! how long did it take you to beat it the second time?

      About half the time it took in the first playthrough so about 15 hours. :D
